email pdf from flash mx

[onePocket]

when a user inputs user name and email address,
he then clicks 'submit' button... how can i tell flash to

1. pick up a pdf file or jpg file from a directory, and
2. email the pdf file via flash mx to user provided email address

any directions or tutorials?
