elastic type bounce dropdown menu

i have looked everywhere and i cant find anywhere that has info on the bouncy dropdown menus like in the www.lookandfeel.com website, except the lithium website but the download doesnt work for me it just ends up puting the coding into the browser instead of downloading the fla file!!!
