Can it be done? It seems unlikely, but it should be theoretically possible to generate an mp3, and send it to a server as a multipart form upload.
Even we could spring for FCS (it's not thaaaat expensive), setting it up would be a major headache and our whole shop is running BSD for servers (not supported).
As an alternative, are there reasonably affordable hosted services that can provide just this simple functionality?
I guess the only alternative is to use a java applet instead.
