I'm actually getting pretty good at using actionscripts, but I have what seems a simple problem with Flash.
Aren't the URLs in the HTML object and embed created when you publish supposed to check if you have the right plugin and take you to the place to download if you don't?
They do nothing for me in either Navigator or Explorer. I was able to get the correct plugin for navigator by other means, but I havent been able to get it for explorer. If I actually enter the object plugin URL in the Explorer window myself, all I get is a huge page of garbage, including many "<thorn>" sequences.
What goes?
