UIScrollBar problem firefox

I'm using the UIscrollbar to scroll my textfield which works just fine i internet explorer. However when I open the site in firefox the scroll gets like 30 pixels high and inactive as if it wasn't needed.

Has anyone else encountered this problem? Or any ideas as for what to do?
