Simple Counter

All I want to do is make a simple counter that starts at 4,267,354 and counts up 60 per 5 minuets. so say i visit the site and it says 4,267,354 and then if i or anyone else in the world came back 5 minuets later it would be 4,267,414 and it would just run forever. Can anyone help me on this one

have you done anything like a counter before?

i'd suggest something similar to a clock
