Update Your Flash Player (To Prevent Viruses)

For those of you who haven't done it already go to the following URL and update your player. http://www.macromedia.com/support/flash/ts/documents/standalone_update.htm
This will prevent that recent Flash virus from taking hold (although it wont protect you from getting it). It does this by dissabling the EXEC command in the standalone projector so you may be unable to perform any tasks you previously used that command for.

do you know if the virus can be passed by proyectors generated in Mac (for the win platform)?

If some one give me one swf infected (many times i had to hack the client's original swf to make some changes) and i compile a win proyector, it will have the virus?...i don't think so, but just in case:)

Freddy, I believe if you can run anything via the exec command the virus can proliferate accross your system.
