making a messenger

:confused: why me?

this has been ask probably a million times, but i can't get it to work!

lets say i want to make a message prog. which sends little msgs through the network.

the computer i want to send the msgs to is called "huiskamer" (it's dutch, for livingroom)

in win2000 you should then type in your commandprompt:

net send huiskamer message

so i have a textfield and a button, the button pastes the text in the textfield after the command (net send huiskamer) but every thing i try doesn't work!

could someone pleeeaaase help me?

?? Sorry, man, I don't quite get you here. You trying to connect to a network with a button and a textfield?
