flash performance Mac OSX 10.3 vs 10.4

Does anyone know if flash playback is faster in Tiger than 10.3? I'm doing a big flash presentation for performance (about 100mb) and I need it to play as smoothly as possible.

Yes, it's the Flash Player not the OS.

8.5, I think I might now I know it exists.
