sizing within movie clips -help!

hi all,

whenever i copy something into a movie clip from the main timeline, or another movie clip, the size of the thing i paste is often different, text size 12 in one movie clip is far smaller than 12 in another, why!?!?

I just know of one thing that it might be...
for ex, if you have a gfx_box a simple box that is 200 x 200 any you put that in a movieClip, the movieClip becomes 200 x 200, but if you then resize the movieClip to 100 x 100 and then double click to get into the movieClip and then make the gfx_box active you can see in the properties panel that the box still is 200 x 200 even though the movieClip only is 100 x 100.
I don´t know if this will help you at all...

Are all movie clips scaled at 100% across, or have some been scaled differently?
