Hello, I found lots of downloadable .fla in this site: some of these have got the caption "copyright...".

What about the policies of the site? Can I use these files on my site? or can I use only that without the caption "Copyright ..." ?

Or may I use them for private sites only or also for commercial sites?

Thanks.

I would assume ANYTHING posted by a user belongs to that user wheter is say "Copyrighted" or not. Just because it doesn't says copyrighted doesn't mean that is isn't. Anything tangibly fixed becomes copyright at that moment.

If you want to use any work posted here, I suggest you PM that person and ask permission. Otherwise, M$ will find a way to sue you :D

Additionally, it makes no difference for copyright law if it is commerical or private.

Everything in library, movie, components, etc is copyrighted materials. I dont think that stuff is for you to just take and use, its meant for educational purposes.

The original creator of the content retains the copyright to their material, even if it is shared on this site. All content is provided for educational purposes only. Its your responsibility to ensure you comply with the creators' copyright requirements (if any) and get appropriate permission from them for use of their content or any part thereof.
