how do they do this?

I nend some help figure out how this was done. If you go to this link
http://holidays.about.com/od/holidaytravel/a/European_Ski.htm

and on that page over on the right hand there is a link to the "Hotel Tennerhof", if you click this link, the browser opens in frames, with the About.com add and links in the top frame and the bottom frame contains the Hotel website.

Is this done with some kind of redirect? If you click on any of the Hotel links they all get loaded into the bottom frame.

Does anyone know how this was done or could direct me to website that explains it?:)

Looks like it just goes to a new page with 2 frames, about.com's content in the top frame, and the actually hotel site in the bottom frame. Rather easy to acheive.

Framesets in Dreamweaver do it all, Im using GoLive CS2 now :D
