Controlling MC Editing in Flash MX FLA?

I have +2000 frames I'm using for a video alpha mask. These frames all have an MC that uses a full-frame MC to mask the alpha symbol. I cannot just make this layer my mask.

I'm looking for a solution via Applescript, to control Flash, break apart the +2000 MC and delete the topmost graphic (the masking symbol that's inside my MC mask on root). It's crazy to edit each frame's MC, so I thought someone would know a little something about scripting the Flash app.

I don't think you can use AppleScript to edit something in the Flash source file...

I'm just trying to sript Flash to do the editing, like Photoshop's large applescript-savvy controls.

You cannot do that with Flash MX...
You can try whatever you are doing by using the JSFL in Flash MX 2004 but if you are working in Flash MX, you are out of luck...

I've got 2004 Pro, but what is JSFL?
