authenticating users

Hello,

I want to authenticate users, and decide if some user can
connect stream to flashcomm using actionscript on the server side

the question is do server side scripts allow using loadmovie, or remoting
or loading xml so that i could find a way to connect to the database...

I see there has not been a follow up..

I know since far there can not be any load movie and xml..but flash remoting
lets say (amfphp) should work... with some special conf..

i'll post a follow up when I test this...
