Best places for getting jobs

Hello,

Are there any REALLY good sites apart from AS.org for finding flash jobs?
I search google and I get a load of carp return. There was one in
the cool sites forum last year but I cant find it.

You've got the bigger ones, Guru.com and Elance.com

Thanks, I just find those sites so cluttered and hard to operate with.
They charge a portion of your final price and bidding and stuff. I
am just interested in doing smaller projects right now when I am not
working with my BIG one :)
