Generating EXE using action script

I have to develope an ad application using Flash. This application allows people to load images, add text and choose a layout and transition effect. Then save and generate the exe of this ad.

Is this possible to achieve in Flash 8, using action script + java script?

Flash or any other third party projector tools are not equipped to do that...
You have to create your own wrapper if you want to create an EXE file on the fly...

Hi folks,

The application we wish to develop in Flash is still in its theoritical stage. Ideally we'd want to be able to save the selected images and transition effects presented by the application by using action script. Save the selections and then generate a screen saver type EXE on the fly.

So within the application you can choose: images, populate dynamic text boxes, transition effects, and then save them.

Is this possible at all? Thanks :)
