Flex 2 BETA !?

hi i have down load Flex 2 Beta for a while (doesn't come to install it till know)
anyway

Q:

as fare i know is Flex 2 BETA the only thing suport AS3
and i saw plenty of sides wich telling made whit AS3

not gone truh the licence of Flex 2 but i doubt that you are alowed to make public content whit it

so can i consider all sides whit AS3 as illegal ?

no the player is availible and the alpha is availible so doing stuff with it is legal
