We need someone to do the white board.
essentially this is a blank space on the client where you'll be able to doodle etc... and send to another person. It's debatable how to do this but I'm sure somebody smarter than myself can figure it out. Initial ideas are to use PHP.
we need at the least a blank space, a brush, maybe a couple and a few colors, a pull down menu that will be dynamically populated with chatroom denizens and a send button. Oh yeah and maybe a "reset".
i know that there are a few good AS types who wanted to help on the client, now's your chance. Maybe two or three people. one for the AS and another for the PHP or whatever.
also talk to Red Penguin as you'll need to do some "intergration" at some point.
