Here is another one.

How to do a continuous scroll of a loaded text using the loadvariablenum command. It's easy to just scroll the text by pressing the up/down arrow once per line, but I can't find any tutorials out there that shows you how to scroll continuous by pressing down on the up/down button or if you wish by pressing the up/down button once per line (like the windows scroll bars).
