Looks pretty cool.

Does need a faster framerate.
Don't care for the body copy font (too large and antialiased) If you've got F8 play around with your AA options for the text.

I'd also start playing around with the tweens more, and you could have some nice motion going on.

How does the logo work when it's on the left side instead of the right (leaving the puzzle piece on the right)?

The frame rate is 20fps, the font is nimbus regular, the size is down to the client as well as the scroll bars (not a lover of scroll bars either but they had so much text i could'nt fit it all on one page. As far as the tweens how do you mean? I tried puttin the logo on the other side and it did'nt look right. I have Also done a smaller version http://www.madrecruitment.com/i600/
but the front page needs to be changed. They way this is all set up is using the initailizing movie from the toots http://www.actionscript.org/tutorials/beginner/Initializing_Movie/index.shtml
may b i should of done a different way...

If you're doing things programaticly then tweening stuff like this:
http://www.actionscript.org/tutorials/advanced/Tween-Easing_Classes_Documented/index.shtml
is what I meant. Everything looks like it's a linear animation which is fine, it's just that sometimes giving it a nice ease in or out (or both) will give the site a nice little "umph"

If it's timeline stuff, there's an ease in/out button right under the drop down menu when you select whether an animation is a shape or motion tween. Flash 8 gives you even more options with the in the tween edit space.

Clear as mud? :D

Oh, right. Got ya. Which is better one fla or lots of little flas loaded into one big fla?

Lots of fla's loading into one big fla is they way to do it now (and then there's the fully dynamic stuff after that). That way you only have to wait a little bit per page, rather than waiting way too long for the whole page (gotta keep the user's patience in mind).
