flash content pops out around the movie

I want to know how to make a flash movie where content can move else where over the rest of the pages content. You know like in those ads you see on msn, yahoo, and others. Does anyone know ho to do that?:)

You'll have to create a mask and apply it to your stage. Refer to to Flash documentation for more info on masks and how to use them.

I know how to use masks, but I don't know how to apply them to the stage? And when I get my mask applyed to the stage how does it jump to the screen from the movie? And are you talking about flash documentation thats built into flash because I've already read that over 2 years ago when I first got flash?:confused:
