Just wanted to get some feedback on my work before I send it off to companies. Feel free to make any comments as I appreciate honest opinions.

I don't know what to say.
EDIT:
Sorry, I was a little bit pissy this morning. I thought my post spoke volumes, but someone thought otherwise. Here's what was meant to be inferred from the above:
1. completely start over
2. choose a viable color palette -nothing wrong with stark immelodius colors if it serves the pupose of your work... i really feel that it doesn't in this case.
3. increase your framerate -31 should be your target
4. if you're hell-bent on including some of the graphics you have currently, find a place where they fit or attractively don't fit- as of now it looks like you've compiled your "my movieclips for attaching at runtime so i need to throw them in one invisible clip on the stage because, well macromedia blew the export on first frame thing" movieclip.
5. choose a font, and think about why you want that font.
6. implement said font in a legible, consistent manner.
7. work on fluidity throughout the site. as of now you have tweens that already, um, tweened, when you've gone to a new area, that happen again when you click elsewhere- same as before (the frog on the rock).
8. work on consistency- make all of your menus work the same, or at least remain- (personal section)
9. i'm all for high artistry, but it never hurts to consider the pragmatic function of a design. for instance, why is that frog on the rock tweening from nowhere to the top of the screen?
10. the word "Designz" is painfully covered by Frogman.
Sorry again for the crappy post earlier, best of luck!

How old are you? I think it is good to see that people are motivating themselves like this now, It may not be the best quality now but by going to this extent you are probably learning at a faster pace.
You could give the site transitions, to make it look smooth.
Always keep this in mind, Flash is either one of two things...its either function or more often function and beauty. I personally always aim for number 2. Then again, I'm also a graphics guy. If it runs good, make it look good also. Because its your first try, I will give you credit for the effort. But every project you do will be a learning experience. Now that you have completed your first flash site, understand the pit falls and short comings of it and improve yourself. Its the way of learning, we were all there once, and some still are. No shame in that at all. My first Flash site ever, was a horrible mess, it was so bad the recycling bin wouldnt even take it.

So I went ahead and took some time and put a bit of thought into the re-design, it's a descent start. Thanks for all the comments even the harsh ones, I needed a little check. Keep'em coming as I've got much more on the way.
While I'm at it, does any one know why, when you click to download the word Resume, the new browser window displays action canceled?

Hey man, keep pluggin away at it. You should have seen my first flash site. It was a complete joke, but i was very proud of it. I have came a long way in 1 years time. 1 year ago i didn't even know how to view the page source! Now i think i do pretty good (at least I'm better than my competion), I'm better as a develper than designer though.
