Mask and dynamically Attach Movie clip

Hi! This is a MP3 Player interface

I have a layer "Playlist" on which I load movieclip containing song_title. Over this layer, I have a mask layer, that is supposed to show only a part of the "Playlist" layer, there is a scoll bar. The mask layer definatly doesnt work. Do I have to set the mask dynamically since I attach the movie clip dinamically!?!?
