attaching files

I am having trouble attaching files for others to be able to view my code to help me out. I looked at the f.a.q. and did what it said and it doesn't seem to be working.

Please help.

Could you be specific? What's happening? Are you getting errors? What's the file? How big is it?

i went to "browse" located the file, clicked on "open"

the file is a .zip(which should be a valid file type) it is 76kB
no error messages or anything, when I post the reply nothing was there...no attachment icon as described in the FAQ

that is all that i did...did i miss a step? thanks for the help.
