is Flash 7.2 lower than 2004 MX?

I think I have a Flash 5 document, and when I open it in MX I loose something.

MX04 is 7, so 7.2 is just a version of MX04 with a few bug fixes.

7.2 has bug fixes as well as additions such as the Delegate class
