About the *.exe file

hi guys!

please help!
1. how do u automatically embed the "special" fonts you used for your projector file? Does the user install them manually? Or u have to use an actionscript to install em?

2. Does the user got to have Macromedia Flash Player on his Windows so that the Projector file can play? does the Flash player be installed first?

Hi...
1- when there is a textField in your .fla you can choose the fonts you wish to embed, so after compilation in .swf or .exe the fonts are inside it. nothing to do for the user...
2-a projector is a .exe file so it can be read without the flash player installed.

anyway, follow-up questions. How about embeded videos? say, mpg or avi format. Does the user has to install quicktime player or mpeg codecs?

No, but you can export for mac from Flash I believe :)
