bandwidth related information...

Hi all,
I am new to flash communication server, i need some help in it.
I want to know the details of bandwidth ,
how to check bandwidth,
maximum how many users it will connect,
When bandwidth goes down we can connect to another flash communication server?

i need these details, if any one knows please tell , atleast where i can get the these information.
