FLASH disaster!!

Ok, I am working on a flash template on a Mac. All the script works beautifully on my computer when i publish it.. viewing it . . either html or swf. Now when I upload it to a /test on the server only half of the code/pages show up... Does anyone have ANY idea why this would happen??

The options on the right don't work, but they do make the pages turn. Couldn't tell you what's wrong with it without looking at the code though...
