Hi God

How big is the swf? Is it full of audio or bitmaps or something?

do u have lots of bitmaps etc in ur sliding menu. u can't compress the swf or html which is published from ur file, but any bitmaps will bump up the file size considerably.

:) when billy asked what size it was he meant the file size, as in how many bytes. same with your bitmaps, we need to know how many bytes they are to see if it is them that is making it slooooooooooooooooow to load.

u change ur movie size in 'modify' then choose 'movie'

cheers

u don't have to scrap ur bitmaps because u can optimize them. u need a program like photoshop (although i find fireworks best).

u need to reduce the size and resolution of ur bitmaps so that the filesize it relatively small but the pic is still relatively clear. worth having a play with cause i always seem to need a bitmap here and there.

good luck
