Anyone tried to export after effects to flv

I'd like to try the new transparency in video effect in flash 8. I got a green screen video. I've removed the background with After Effects. I export it to flv and then import the video into flash. The transparency works but the sound is garbled and choppy. Anyone have any suggestions? I've tried a number of things, but no matter what I do I can't seem to get the sound any better when exporting if from After Effects to flv. It sounds fine if I export it to quick time, but then of course I can't do transparency. Any help would be appreciated.
