I really don't think I could convince my boss to send me half way around the world just because the seminar is "free"!, but I think I might try....hmmmm...with the right pitch this could be the start of something really interesting!...

...to be ctd....

I'm currently thinking of kidnapping his teddybear, saying it is in Oz and I need to go save it. (It worked 15 years ago when I was trying to get my brother to let me into the garden to play).

But rico - I think I will be patenting the idea;)

The entire concept ? Or just the literal method ? (I could simple kidnap his goldfish and claim it was swallowed by Moby D I c k and that he was spotted in Australia)

hmmm ... I could always buy a license :)
* lol had to fix the white whale's name :) *

Hey Mad, what's the flash job market like in Dublin now? I want to go back!

It's pretty good, especially compared with other IT areas. THere's a good e-learning scene that's always looking for flash developers, and the web development side of things is hanging in a lot better than a lot of countries. Try a few of the Irish job sites and you'll get a good idea of what's out there.
