I have seen this done before.. but no clue where to find samples of the code that was used to achieve it.
I will be creating a Flash Movie/Interface that will be controlling a Digital Media server. This server has a set of Shell commands that I will send to it to control it... but I am interested to find the connection scripting that I will need to have in place to intially connect to and possibly browse my server.
Thoughts? anyone seen something similar? I have even seen someone control a remote control car via RS-422 control from a Flash interface, but again .. been a while and not seen them in so long.
