Outlining Pictures

Ok here is the deal...i dont know if i am a stupid idiot or what, but i could not figure this one out so this is my last resort...

Lately I have been seeing all these cool web sites that will have an effect as if someone i drawing the outline to a picture line by line. then the picture will fade in and the outlines will fade out..

As usual there are probably a bunch of ways to re-crate that effect.

You could use a tracing program Like Adobe Streamline to get your outlines ...or you could just place your graphic on one level of your Flash movie and manualy trace 1 line - then add a new frame, trace another line, add another frame etc .until it is as traced as you want it to be. Not technically difficult - just tedious.
