Rotating Help

Hello all,

I have a simple rectangle and i would like it to rotate backwards & then frontwards (along y-axis only) . any help? I hope you guys understand what i am trying to say here :D

ummm I wasnt too sure which effect you were talking about but I think you meant rotate around the x axis
