Criticism of Composite

Hi all,

I am working on a website (all Flash) for a blinds retailer. Wondering if you could all take a look at this composite and let me know your initial thoughts on how it looks.

Essentially, the white area to the left will hold most of the application itself while the image on the right will change to reflect application states, product details, etc.

Also the bars at top and bottom will extend full browser while the flash movie sits in the center.

well, at this point looks simple and nice...i guess it will depend on the white box.

but i see it a bit unbalanced in the way that you almost have the same space for the picture than for the application.
