Need breakout tutorial

I've been looking for a decent Breakout tutorial, but can't seem to find anything. Does anyone know where one is? And by the way, the computer I use won't let me open .zip files. Keep that in mind please.

just download winzip wizard from www.winzip.com, of course if that computer let you browse the web ;)
