I think the biggest problem with people making an entire site in flash is that you're still thinking in that HTML mind set. Flash provides not only development power, but the power of fluid movement. You're still thinking in that interface to page mentality. I would suggest checking out some of the big flash developers works...People like 24-7 media, Fantasy Interactive, and 2Advanced.

most people will agree with Cota, your site only looks like flash when you get to each artists' gallery. i would suggest to look at flash portal site like http://www.thedreamer.com.br/ and see what can be done with flash. look at the photography sites; they always have multiple galleries

Regardless of being ghetto or not, you have the understanding of fluid movement and all that good animation stuff. Dont get me wrong, I'm not saying Flash means you have to use animations, but you can add life to it.
