Convert .swf to .fla?

Is it possible to change a swf into a fla if one has been lost or saved over, please spare me the "You should be saving 2 copies of everything, to avoid such being nesecarry", i was being too organised this time and its early etc..

There are various relatively dodgy apps around to decompile swfs but they only drag out the actionscript - I don't think there's anything that will result in a usable .fla

Personally I save a copy on the network, backup to HD and floppy and I never lose any work or tell lies.

cheers, i'll start again - although i'm certain i had saved it as this happened yesterday, does anyone know of Flash just hating people enough to dump all there hard work in the bin you know 'for a laugh'?
