scaling a movieclip

Hi all I'm drawing a car in flash 8.
I got the car the hood and the tribal that goes on the hood. Now I was wondering if it was possible with flash to scale this tribale so it matches the "3d perspective" of the hood. Its hard for me to explain this in words so ill just attacht a screenshot, a picture says more than a 1000 words they say ;).

you can if you are scaling just vector paths. The scale tool has different scale types at the bottom of the tools bar that provide for this. For movie clip or graphic (or button) symbols, you can't. The most you can do with them is skew.
