I would like to make a website fully flash. I have designed a background using adobe photoshop 5.5, nice background, but then, once I used it in flash, it's 'pixeled'... it wasn't that nice already... I suppose I could create a background using flash, but the problem is, some nice effect in my background, I only know how to create it in Photoshop... can anybody help with how to transfer Photoshop file to become a vector image so it can be smooth? Thanks in advance

Hey, after importing it in flash break it (ctrl + b) and convert it to sympol graphic (ctrl + F8). That will convert it to a vector graphic so u can scale it as much as u want

I think flash only permits
gif, png, jpg
but try to open the import menu and open a folder that has a verious formats op images and then chose "all Image format" from the (file of type) bar

You should not vectorize the image to get better result (if you not want a vector effect on the graphic) - save it as a png in 24 bits in Photoishop, and your graphic should be nice and smooth.
