ScrollPane scrolling speed slows with lots of text

Hi,

I'm having trouble with the ScrollPane component. I load in some movie clips in along with some text. The problem is the with a lot of text content the scrolling speeds slows and gets all jerky. I'm loading the text in a text field with the onData method, so it should work fine once it is loaded in there. Anyone have any ideas on what might be happening?

well i found a work-around. basically I put the text field on the stage outside of the scrollpane, converted it to a symbol, and set the y position of of this mc equal to the y position of the scroll content (tmp_mc). then I had to create my own mask for the text. it seems to work now.
