to locate the mp3 on the net to download it or play it what is the correct extenstion i type in?

www.john.com/track1mp3.com ?

the name of the mp3 is johnmp3.

so is it www.john.com/johnmp3.html?

.mp3 is an extension...

It can be in the name if you want, but that might be confusing...

So I'd say...
