Are there any hints or tutorials or advice anyone can provide me with about e learning application in particular creating a page turner (next/prev button) with drag and drops, multichoice and other exercises. I have 3 modules each with more than one section. Im trying to create an app that lists al the modules- you can click a module, then choose a section then start that section.

It sounds like you're looking for an LMS. Check out Moodle.

This could all be handled within Flash and XML as well. You have to spec out all of the needs of the project. Does data need to be tracked? What data? Who is the audience? etc.

Open Flash (MX or later) and select File>New from Template or New and select Templates tab. Choose 'Quiz'. There should be 3 samples. Open one and go to frame 2 and break apart the learning interaction. Select the instructions (left hand side of stage) and launch the Component Inspector to set your questions etc.

If you want users to view results and run reports you will need an LMS.
