I'm having problems trying to get a decent looking flv at a res @ 1024x576 (16:9). Filesize is of no concern here; delivery is on CD/DVD-Rom. All I need is something that looks as decent as mpeg 1 @ about 1500k.
I didn't think this would be that hard, but I've been running render after render in Sorenson Squeeze, and I can't seem to find anything that works.
Also, if anyone has advice on "best practices" to keep cpu load down, I will love you forever.
I know Flash is built around the web, but I can't seem to figure out how I can get better looking video at a lower bitrate from an ancient codec than from On2 FV6 or Sorenson Pro.
