Updating Flash Movie

Q:
I upload my flash movie and html page to my website... everything works,
then I update the flash movie, upload it and replace the original.

BUT!!! if I go to the page I see the old one, even if I delete history and temporary internet files..... whereas someone going there for the first time will see the new one...

how come?

how can I make it so visitors to my site will always see the latest content, even if they've seen an older version recently?

yeah I've had that happen once or twice...very strange I dont know the answer...

could be the server space?

It fixed itself after a day for me...

Are you working on a mac or PC. At work we have both and when I test stuff on mac, it sometimes shows the old stuff evan though I clear the history. It sucks having to clear the history every time, and it sucks not being able to trust what you see.

I might be insulting your intelligence but have you held down the SHIFT KEY at the same time as you hit reload?
