problem with actions panel

sup ppl..
i have a problem with the actiones panel...
in flash mx u have a nice and easy action panels that helps u code really easy, but now im having problems trying to find that actionpanel in flash 8 becouse there is aparently the profesional coders view.....

how can i get the really noob coder panel?

Click the "script assist" button in the Actions panel. Then click the little blue + button at the bottom of the panel to insert scripts. In spite of what Macromedia claims, "script assist" is not the same as the Flash MX "standard mode" Actions panel. But it serves similar purpose.

However, for anything other than the most basic and easy scripts, Flash 8 Script Assist is rather useless.

Sorry but no other choice - I can't seem to start a thread in here (my first) without getting the message "Please click one of the Quick Reply icons in the posts above to activate Quick Reply." and I can't find ANY "Quick Reply icon" anywhere. What am I doing wrong?
