Something started with ONE object that builds into something bigger, and grows out of control! (of course with a kill button to stop it all before your comp crashes)

well, im not the best with viral infections and how to catch it, but all yours does is duplicate its self after it gets to a certain point? this is really know challenge at all, maybe you could do if it a certain ball with a viral infection, hits a clean ball the clean ball will start to get sick and reproduce new cells etc..
