Project Management and Time Tracking

Not really AS, but what software do you use for project management and/or time-tracking. I currently use Collabtive, but the time-tracking leaves a little to be desired. I'd like a desktop solution ideally, as most of my projects are a one-horse show. I'd like to be able to keep track of stuff remotely when not online too.

It occurs to me I didn't specify that I want to project-manage and time-track my Flash/programming/design projects in particular, maybe some specialized app?

Have a look at Replicon's Web TimeSheets. You can set up projects and tasks, and track time for them using a browser. You can work in offline mode if needed, then upload data later. Very good interface.

FreshBooks has worked nicely for me; it's more of an online tool, but it does have a data import/export option if you need to take stuff offline. I also like BaseCamp quite a bit. I know you're looking for some offline things, but maybe these will be of use to someone else.

Freshbooks and Basecamp are best online tracking tools what I have used. These tools are best and easily accessible.
