How was this "rotating images effect" done?

I'm totally new to Flash and I would like to know how the "effect" on the webpage above was done? (Just hover your mouse on the book covers and the effect will start.)

Is there a ready-made flash module available online that does a similar thing, one where the user can modify a few settings to meet his requirements? Or may be an online tutorial?
