Flash Develop: cannot get SWF profiler to launch

Has anyone had the issue when SWFProfiler will not even open in FlashDevelop?

I click on the little stopwatch/clock icon and it seems like its going to pop a window but never does (see application change focus).
I've also trued go to the View> SWF Profiler menu but nothing happens

I have also tired to remove and rebuild the mm.cfg file.

Any help greatly appreciated. I want to make use of Live Object counter and I cannot get to it. I am in a AS3.0 project, in FlashDevelop 4.0 under Windows 7 Home Premium.

Try to change the profiler timeout - some people reported it wasn't taking the 30s time indicated in the settings:
Program Settings > AS3Context > Profiler timeout
